Barry Chemical Pte Ltd   An over 1400 square feet area with 8 workstations, 2 executive rooms, a meeting room and a pantry. Commercial projects are not the same as residential projects, dealing with a group of decision makers instead of one.  Really nice to meet a group of ladies with kind but motivative ideas. Compare to Malaysia, Doing Commercial Project at Singapore , we need to prepare alot paper works and we need to know some safety rules like fire safety regulation and building regulation ( depend on the building management). Thanks to Mr Yong En Nick ( about Cafe owner and coffee Barista) for gave me the chance to design his coffee bar. With his given ideas and thoughts,i try to implement the industrial and factory with the existing shop and surrounding. Before we start the design works, we had observe existing shop interior and exterior. After the few times of discussion, we had decided to remain existing rough cement floor of shop front and mosaic floor of the back, just need a hard work to clean up after the rest renovation works done.
